Identify the blue box at Number 16
This is the Shorefront route during Searching for Zoe. Number 16 is the apartment building opposite the Number 14 landmark. The resource container is the small blue metal box on the living-room coffee table in flat 0/1 on the ground floor.
There is no combination to enter on this box. The key picked up upstairs opens a different house’s door; it does not fit the container. These two similarly placed objectives are why the errand requires leaving the apartment.
Find both keys in the correct order
- From Number 16’s stairwell, go upstairs into flat 1/2. Search the living-room/dining table for the item labelled 21 Farrow St. – Back Door Key.
- Leave the building. Use the alley beside Number 14 and the connecting gardens to reach Jess’s House at 21 Farrow Street. The blue rear door is on the house’s east side, reached via the exterior steps.
- Interact with that rear door and select the 21 Farrow St. – Back Door Key. Once inside, go to the kitchen.
- Open the drawer beside the stove and take the Lockbox Key. Keep the two keys’ names separate when checking inventory.
The key-route footage begins at 0:25 — apartment door key ▶. Continue to 1:09 — Jess’s rear door ▶. Enemies can patrol the garden connection, so check the next doorway from cover and carry a distraction if you need to make space.
Return to flat 0/1 and collect the contents
- Go back through Jess’s rear door and return across Farrow Street to Number 16.
- Stay on the ground floor. Enter flat 0/1, inspect the coffee-table blue box and select the Lockbox Key.
- Once the lid opens, collect the Empty IV Bag and IV Fluid inside. These are supplies rather than the main story key.
- If you want a filled revive bag, combine Empty IV Bag and IV Fluid in inventory. Check that both ingredients were collected before looking for the combine option.
2:04 — opening the resource box ▶. One Lockbox Key opens one container. If you spent yours on another blue box, you need another key for this one; the back-door key cannot replace it.
Common wrong-object checks

Jess’s bedroom also contains the Broken Stethoscope used by the clinic scales puzzle. Collect it if you are on that route, but it is not the key for the blue container.
