Get inside the pharmacy

This is the town pharmacy in Part 1, not the Medical Centre’s later Pharmacy Store. Finish the organ box, obtain Zoe’s Lanyard and use it at the clinic reader.

  1. Enter Z. Ellis’s office. Take the Scalpel from the green case beside the computer.
  2. Return to the pharmacy entrance and use the scalpel on the sealed door.
  3. Inside, tune the CRTV to the local broadcast. Match its close-ups to the posters.

Read the four poster digits

Keep the order shown on the CRTV. Walking past the posters in another order changes the combination you write down.

Enter 6539 at the rusty back-room locker. If you tried those digits at the entrance, return to the scalpel step above.

Collect the note and return to the clinic

Collect the Prescription Dosage Error note from the unlocked locker. This is the middle object for the clinic scales; opening the locker without taking it leaves the next puzzle incomplete.

If the locker does not accept the solution, inspect the local broadcast and poster clues, then interact again. The town locker, X-ray room and Records Room use different locks; do not substitute a hospital code.
