Survival Log Electronic Components Recipe Missing?
The September recipe change explains why older crafting advice no longer matches.

Update the game: version 1.0.15955 restored the Electronic Components recipe on September 9. It now requires Plastic Sheet, Wire and Container, and is visible by default with a Manufacturing Level 1 requirement. The older Container + Wire combination was removed on September 8.

What changed in the recipe?
The developer says a cleanup of unfinished development content accidentally removed useful recipes in the September 8 update. After feedback about Electronic Components, the September 9 patch returned them to the official crafting list with Plastic Sheet added.
This explains the missing recipe; it does not mean the old two-material combination remains valid. Older lists that classify Electronic Components as an item you cannot craft predate this restoration.
Check the restored recipe
- Use an updated build. The restoration was introduced in 1.0.15955; the latest announcement checked here is 1.0.17573, September 23.
- Look for Electronic Components in the crafting list. The official note says the recipe is visible by default, rather than requiring a newly discovered recipe unlock.
- Check Manufacturing Level 1 and the new materials. Use the quantities displayed by your current recipe panel; the announcement names material types without publishing counts.
The successful check is a visible Electronic Components recipe listing all three material types. In 1.0.16756, hovering a locked crafting recipe or clicking it shows its unlock condition, which helps distinguish a level requirement from a missing entry.
If the recipe is still absent
Report the missing entry through the developer feedback form, including your build number, character and a screenshot of the crafting list. If the recipe is visible but production is blocked, include the requirement message instead; that is a different symptom from the September 8 removal.
