The order flow
A player asking about an iron box had placed it in storage but could not finish the order. Replies in two Steam discussions distinguish accepting a request, depositing the crate at the covered pile behind Jack and returning to the board later. The order is not completed the instant the item goes into ordinary storage.

On the sun-symbol day, select the town request at its board. Carry the requested crate to the Town Warehouse delivery pile rather than only leaving it in a cellar or chest. If the iron delivery is still stuck
