Graveyard Keeper 2 Conveyors: Unlock and Set Up
Unlock Graveyard Keeper 2 Conveyors through Jack, read machine intake ports and belt arrows, and fix a stopped line without rebuilding the entire Factory.
Quick Answer
The checked Conveyors node requires 50 reputation with Jack and costs 70 red plus 20 blue points. Build belts in the Factory, connect an output to the next accepted input, check every arrow, and provide Carousel power. Being able to enter the Factory is not the same as having researched this technology.

Find the actual Conveyors node
Continue Jack’s quests and reopen the Building technology tree. If you can walk onto the factory floor but the build desk has no belt option, inspect the node’s reputation gate and research state before blaming the floor. The local 1.007 export names the parent as Jack’s 50-reputation lock.
| Component | Release-era build materials | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Conveyor Belt | 1 Bronze Gear + 1 Fabric | One directed connection cell |
| Conveyor Splitter | 3 Bronze Gears + 1 Fabric | Branch a route when the receiving sides permit it |
| Underground Conveyor | 4 Bronze Gears + 2 Fabric | Cross under an obstruction |
| Conveyor Chest I | 2 Bronze Gears + 4 Bronze Details + 2 Wooden Planks | Buffer and feed compatible small items |
Check the blueprint in your build. A belt consumes Factory power; a long empty route can exhaust the budget even before you add another production worker.
Read machine ports before placing belts
- Place the machine in preview and inspect its incoming and outgoing connection indicators. Rotate it before finishing the build if its ports face the wrong route.
- Start from the source’s output and place the next belt cell in the direction the item must travel. Check the visible arrow on every turn.
- Connect to an accepted input on the next machine. A belt touching a wall or the wrong side of a bench is not an input.
- For a recipe with two ingredients, provide both sources. Trace each separately before combining their paths.
- Leave an output route or collecting buffer. A perfect input route still stops when the finished item has nowhere to go.
Use one-item tests at each edge
Queue the intended recipe and put a small amount of its exact input in the source. Watch where the first item stops. Mark the last successful connection mentally and inspect the next cell or port. If no item leaves the source at all, the first check is supply or output configuration; if it reaches the machine, check that machine’s recipe and worker.
Conveyor storage accepts defined item categories. A small material or kit belongs in an appropriate chest or machine buffer; a town supply crate belongs on the crate delivery route. Do not try to send every kind of item into a Supply Station.
Match the symptom to the next check
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| No belt option | Jack reputation, technology researched, Factory build desk |
| Everything is motionless | Carousel worker and used/available power |
| One corner blocks movement | Arrow direction, gap or port orientation |
| A machine reports no resource | Exact ingredient and accepted input side |
| Machine finished but its output waits | Receiving space and the next connection |
| Supply crate waits at the end | Supply Porter and pallet route |
A Supplier stationed in the yard does not repair a broken Factory conveyor. Keep the production and hauling systems separate when you diagnose the stop.
