Collect all five bags in route order

This is the altered Medical Centre in Part 3, “Many Into One.” Two bags open the route and are consumed; they are not missing final ingredients.

After taking Matthew’s bag, operate both manual-release wheels to open the exit gates. One wheel alone does not complete the escape.

Set the three final slots

Use the switch near the room door after installing all three. The next stage is blood-type routing, not another bag-order puzzle.

Connect the compatible donors to Ordell

Read Simon’s bracelet: the patient is Ordell A+. This puzzle accepts O−, O+, A− and A+ donor groups. Match the chart beside the machine to its initials.

TF Thomas Fergusson, HM Hannah McGregor and SW Sarah Watson connect to Ordell A plus; block all others — Target paths, not exact ring angles. Trace each complete route. GameHelpBase diagram; not a map or game screenshot.

Rotate the rings until TF, HM and SW each have an uninterrupted connection to the centre.
Check that every other donor path is blocked. A correct elbow can still connect an unwanted branch elsewhere.
Select the central Ordell control to start the transfusion.

If the machine will not start

Check the three named bags and use the door-side switch for stage one.
Re-read Ordell’s bracelet and the donor chart for stage two.
Use only TF, HM and SW, then inspect every full path to the centre.
Activate Ordell after aligning the wheel. A solved-looking display without that interaction does not finish the task.
