Identify and report the vital signs

As Zoe in Part 3, go to Room C and read the laptop’s equipment overview. Use each requested bedside monitor and its Respond interaction. The blood-pressure sensor is part of that setup, not a loose item to find elsewhere in town.

Values fluctuate. Respond at the requested monitor rather than waiting for one exact number from a video. Wrong responses harm the patient and can cause failure; re-read the equipment overview instead of repeatedly guessing.

Inspect the pager for 7103 and the X-ray task. Complete both images and mount the prints before hunting medicines.

The upstairs reception email, “Dailies – Infusion Status,” can mark supplies, but several medicines are decoys. Match name and strength. Hydroxalene is 3 mg, not 3 g; a misspelled search phrase is not a different dose.

While upstairs near Bay 6, collect the new Records Room code note from the office bulletin board. Knowing 2605 does not replace taking its in-game clue.

Set, ready and start all three pumps

The rate follows the medication, whichever pump you choose. GameHelpBase diagram; not a map or game screenshot.

The whiteboard gives 88 kg. Read the 81–90kg column in the laptop’s Medication Dosage Table, using only the three requested rows.

  1. Insert one drug into any pump. Choose Set Rate, enter its matching number and confirm with the tick.
  2. Press Ready Pump. “Rate Entered” alone is not Ready.
  3. Repeat with the remaining drugs and their rates. Physical pump order can vary; drug-to-rate pairs cannot.
  4. Use the small master controller on the bedside tray. All three lines must say Ready. Press its green Start.

Dr. Glenn confirms the treatment is taking effect. A blank or unready controller line means revisit that pump and press Ready Pump.

Get and use the intubation kit

  1. After the instruction, use the phone near Reception and dial 5353. Hospital Storage powers the elevator.
  2. Find the elevator opposite Reception, follow the signs and select B for the basement.
  3. Go to Victoria Ward basement Storage. Squeeze through the shelves and take the Medical Intubation Kit from the table. The Kitchen radio can draw the corridor enemy away.
  4. Return by elevator, select G and interact with the patient in the operating room.
  5. Rotate the stick until the on-screen target shakes / pulses, then hold the displayed action until the circle fills. Repeat three times. On PS5 the hold input is R2; follow your PC bindings.

The third successful hold triggers the scene ending Zoe’s Medical Centre sequence. If no scene starts, find the remaining target. Having the kit in inventory alone does not finish the procedure.
