Graveyard Keeper 2 How to Make and Resurrect Zombies
Prepare an intact corpse with a collar and Reanimation Liquid, then activate the Resurrection Room device on Envy.
Quick Answer
Put a suitable body on a Resurrection Table, select a collar that covers its red skull count and supply one Reanimation Liquid. Complete preparation at the table, then use the separate central device on Envy, the green snake-symbol day. The table alone does not start resurrection.

Unlock the room and build a table
Follow Albert's Dream Dust story first. Once the area is accessible, research Reanimation in Anatomy and use the resurrection room's build desk to place Table I. The large apparatus already in the room is not the preparation table. If there is nowhere to place a body, inspect the build menu.
The 1.007 export lists 2 Oiled Planks, 4 Polished Stone and 3 Glass for Table I. Some launch guides list 4 Glass; use your installed game's blueprint for that version difference. Leave a clear path to both the table and the device.
Keep all six core body parts
For the first attempt, use an intact corpse without Surgeon Error. Keep skin, bones, skull, heart, brain and guts. Removing a skull because a first-game guide recommends it can leave this game's corpse incomplete. The table's requirement panel is the deciding check after any organ replacement.
Blood, fat and flesh are pocket items shown separately under Other. They are not the six core parts. Leave everything in place for your first attempt if you do not yet understand autopsy errors; optimising a body is optional.
Choose a collar for its red skulls
| Collar | Red skull range: 1.007 | Jewelry Table ingredients |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 0-5 | 1 Bronze Ingot + 1 Blue Crystal + 3 Faith |
| Golden | 0-10 | 1 Golden Ingot + 1 Blue Crystal + 5 Faith |
| Steel | 0-99 | 1 Steel Ingot + 1 Blue Crystal + 10 Faith |
Unlock the corresponding collar research, keep a suitable collar in your backpack and explicitly select it on the table. A six-red-skull corpse exceeds the bronze collar's range. Having a stack does not mean the correct grade has been selected.
Faith can be needed to craft collars or study ingredients. That is different from the first game's direct 10-Faith resurrection payment: the exported corpse-to-zombie operation consumes liquid and does not list a direct Faith charge.
Prepare first, activate second
- Carry the corpse to Resurrection Table I and place it there.
- Select a sufficient collar and check every requirement in the preparation panel.
- Make one Reanimation Liquid available in accessible room storage or inventory. Complete preparation and confirm the prepared state.
- On Envy, use the separate central apparatus. Prepare other eligible tables before triggering the weekly activation.
- Collect the zombie and assign it to a job. Check the game's zombie-cap hint if it refuses another worker.
