Standard versus Deluxe
| Item | Standard | Deluxe |
|---|---|---|
| Full game | Included | Included. |
| Simon’s Outfit: Alternate | Not included in the ordinary Standard package | Included cosmetic. |
| Bonus Application | Not included | Digital artbook and soundtrack viewer. |
| Rusted CRTV style | Early-purchase / pre-order promotion | Promotional entitlement, not automatically every current sale. |
| Beach Edition CRTV | PS5-exclusive promotion | PS5-exclusive promotion; not a PC bonus. |
| 48-hour early access | Not the Standard benefit | Historical digital Deluxe pre-order benefit; release has already passed. |
The same base campaign is included in both editions. Buy Deluxe for its listed extras, rather than assuming it contains more story chapters or stronger equipment. For using what you already own, see the Bonus Application and cosmetics guide.
Price and region
The US Steam store response lists Standard at $49.99 and Deluxe at $59.99 on October 11, 2026. The Standard price response reports 0% off. The $10 difference belongs to those US packages at that check; it is not a universal currency conversion or a promise that other storefronts match.
The PlayStation US product page also displays those edition price points, but some of its labels still say Pre-Order. Use the live account storefront and checkout for today’s purchasable price. Tax, currency, region and promotion can change the amount you pay.
There is no verified future sale date in these sources. Wishlisting or checking official storefront promotions is more reliable than a predicted discount schedule. A lower price than another new release does not prove a shortened or incomplete campaign, and the publisher has not supplied a universal “why cheap” pricing explanation.
PS5 disc, Day One and SteelBook
KONAMI’s product information distinguishes physical PS5 copies from digital editions and identifies Deluxe as digital-only. Check that your console has a usable disc drive before choosing a disc. A digital Deluxe listing is not a physical Deluxe box.
KONAMI’s EMEA announcement offered a SteelBook for physical pre-purchases at selected retailers. That is a regional promotion, not a worldwide inclusion with every Standard disc. A Day One label is also not a substitute for reading the package’s actual bonus list.
- Check the exact retailer product, region and included items. Confirm SteelBook availability explicitly rather than relying on a generic stock image.
- Identify whether the bonus is packed in the box, supplied as a separate code or tied to the retailer’s promotion.
- For a code, check its region and redemption terms before buying an imported copy.
- Compare the receipt’s edition name with the desired content. A steel case does not by itself grant digital Deluxe extras.
No separate worldwide Collector’s Edition is established by the official pages cited here. Retailer bundles and promotional cases should be described by their actual contents.
Can you still obtain the pre-order rewards?
Rusted and Beach Edition CRTV styles change the device’s appearance. Beach Edition was a PlayStation-exclusive bonus. The early-access window ended when the game released; it is not an ongoing advantage from buying Deluxe now.
If a store currently advertises an early-purchase bonus, check that exact offer and redemption period. We do not assume old announcement wording guarantees eligibility for a new October purchase.
Already bought an eligible copy but cannot see the item? Check the purchase account, installed add-ons and code region before paying again. The access guide explains those checks.
