Start at the Evacuation Zone bunker
Follow the Investigation Order near the mined parking garage in the Evacuation Zone. Cross the garage carefully and reach the Survivalist’s bunker intercom. Talk to him, defeat the Hiss attack, then use the intercom again for his errands.
The first two rescue targets are objects: Olivia is a plant and Granny is an urn. Later you collect two different keys and a photograph.

Olivia: the Pulse Fitness plant
Go to the gym marker and enter Pulse Fitness. Check the small office on the left and collect the potted plant from its desk. The objective becomes Return Olivia.
You can collect Granny before returning, as this recording does. Leave both requested objects on the bunker table by the intercom, then continue the conversation.
Granny: the apartment urn
Follow the apartment marker in the northeastern part of the zone. The demonstrated route reaches a roof doorway and descends the stairs into the apartment. Use that roof route if you are stuck looking for a street entrance.
Collect the quest-marked urn inside. Return it and Olivia to the bunker table, then speak at the intercom again to receive the brother errand. The roof route does not require entering an apartment-door code; do not confuse an apartment code with a bunker password.
Car Keyfob → car → Apartment Key
- Take the Car Keyfob. After the first two handovers and intercom conversation, enter the adjacent side room. The keyfob is on the counter.
- Find the car. Track the northeastern search area near the subway entrance. In this recording, Dylan descends into the blue, distorted pit beside the entrance and reaches the dark vehicle at the bottom. Use the actual vehicle shown below as your landmark.
- Retrieve the Apartment Key. Interact with the car. The pickup notification identifies the brother’s Apartment Key and the objective changes to Find the Survivalist’s Brother. The Car Keyfob itself does not unlock the apartment.
Brother’s apartment and Framed Photo
Follow the apartment marker, take the elevator in the marked building and unlock the apartment with the key from the car. Investigate the brother inside. The objective then asks for a memento.
Collect the Framed Photo and wait for Take the Photo Back to the Survivalist. Finding the brother without taking the photo leaves the errand unfinished.
Photo handover and rewards
Return to the bunker intercom, finish the conversation about the brother and photo, then leave the photo on the table when asked. Wait for Quest Completed: Urban Survival.
The recorded completion awards Untapped Heart Monitor and Plate Carrier M1. The first is an artifact-crafting item; the second is a cosmetic outfit piece.
If progress stalls, read the current objective: Return Olivia / Return Granny needs the table; Get the Apartment Key needs the car; Take the Photo Back needs the final conversation and table handover.
