Use three questlines together
Contain the Crisis is the main story spine. Search for Jesse supplies Fault progression, and Defeating Resonants supplies boss progression. Their objectives overlap; the order below is a reference route, not a requirement to clear a whole district before leaving.
Select the exact title in your Quest Log, then use the matching video chapter. The recording includes the main story through The Beginning plus some optional encounters. Its 7:15:22 running time is an edited video length, not an estimate of your playtime or a 100% completion route. Mission names and late-game areas below contain spoilers.
Check the CFD preparation gate
Enemy of My Enemy needs Power Lines, Into the Sinkhole, the Central Resonant and the West Incursion Zone Resonant. The latter route needs The Incursion Fault’s Shift. Finishing the power network alone does not open the CFD mission.

Main story chapters and next steps
1. Orientation
Learn the opening movement and defeat The Artist.
2. Welcome to Manhattan
Restore the Central Checkpoint, meet Zoe and reach the Field Office.
3. Evacuation Procedures
Reach the Evacuation Zone and get Arish out alive.
4. Arish’s Briefing
Return to Arish at the Field Office to open the preparation tasks.
5. Power Lines
Complete all station work, including both Vanished Station platforms.
6. Into the Sinkhole
Escort and install the Probe Relays, then finish the changed escape route.
7. Enemy of My Enemy
Return to Pope once power, Sinkhole work and both early Resonants are done.
8. Recursions and Iterations
Find the research team below the Sinkhole. Reach is needed on this route.
9. The House in Distress
Return to the Oldest House; complete The Underpass Fault before the blocked story step.
10. The Hedron Link
Follow the Oldest House crisis, rescue Pope and sever the first link.
11. Sever the Hedron Links
Progress Pope’s Research to cross the Unknown and reach both remaining links.
12. Rebuild
Continue the story sequence before returning to the final confrontation.
13. Fight to the Core
Follow the final combat route toward the Hedron.
14. The End
Continue through The Gap and its fights; the previous boss was not the last mission.
15. The Beginning
Complete the epilogue objective in the Oldest House.
PowerPyx’s index calls this mission “Fight the Core”; the recorded objective and dedicated walkthrough use Fight to the Core. Both refer to the mission before The End.
