Ghost (ID-007): survive its gaze and freeze it

Survive an encounter

The Ghost appears with glowing orange eyes and repeatedly repositions in front of a target. Avoid staring at it. Turning toward a wall or corner can help you maintain a safe facing direction while it continues the hunt. Do not answer an ethereal appearance with ordinary gunfire: shooting can provoke an immediate attack without making the creature vulnerable.

Freeze, then choose your objective

1. Locate the Freeze Gun before starting an elimination attempt.
2. Freeze the entity until it changes into its grounded physical form.
3. For a kill contract, damage that physical form, then repeat after it disappears and returns.
4. For capture, lure the appearance inside containment, freeze it there, and close the door during the transformation.

Choose the objective before firing. A capture attempt needs positioning and a door operator; an elimination attempt needs a damage weapon ready for the temporary vulnerability. In co-op, communicate the transformation instead of having every player watch the eyes. If containment fails, reset the lure rather than firing blindly at its intangible form.
