Check the actual requested colours
A player report described a puzzle asking for two blue canisters and one yellow, while another run required different colours. Treat those examples as evidence that a remembered colour recipe is not a universal solution. Read the requirement in your own run and track each requested colour as you bring it back.
Keep the search organised: announce which container you have found, which requirement it satisfies and which colour remains missing. Searching repeatedly for any spare canister is less useful than checking the remaining requested type.
Distinguish a search problem from a known bug
Developers acknowledged canisters falling through geometry in the hospital manager office and hydroponic farm storage. Update 0.26 specifically fixed an inaccessible-canister spot in the HSS Hawking hydroponic farm. Update before repeating an older troubleshooting route.
A later community report suggested a host could see a canister that another player could not. Having the host inspect the searched locations is therefore a reasonable diagnostic step, not a guaranteed repair. If the puzzle remains blocked, record the build, colours requested and location, then report the issue.
