Remedy’s official launch-times graphic shows the city clocks. India’s 19:30 IST is our conversion of that same instant, not a separate India-specific announcement. September 25 in Sydney and Auckland reflects the local calendar, not a later worldwide release.
Early access was different from preload
The pre-launch PS5 Digital Deluxe listing advertised up to 48 hours of early access from September 22. That window has ended. The current listing may no longer display the expired benefit.
Do not transfer a PlayStation edition benefit to PC or Xbox. The Steam and Xbox edition descriptions checked here did not advertise the same entitlement. “Deluxe” alone was not evidence of early play on every platform.
Preload meant downloading before you could play. It did not move the unlock or provide an Early Access development build.

The Steam notice was posted September 22 and says “tomorrow,” 24 hours before launch. Its 07:00 PT / 10:00 ET corresponds to September 23 at 14:00 UTC, or 19:30 IST. The notice’s “3 PM GMT” label is inconsistent: London was on BST. This table uses explicit UTC offsets to avoid that ambiguity.
The digital game has now launched: install from the store where you own it. The 120 GB SSD requirement is not an exact preload download size.
