Repair all three components
Place both computer racks into the slots beside the terminal. One is immediately to the right on the ground; the other is by a glass cell in the southwest. Carry the satellite dish from the eastern side to the pillar with the blinking red light. Return to the terminal after the components are installed.
Decode the containment cell
Inspect the B-02 door and the nearby note. For Langston’s containment classification, select Category D and number 04. The door label and the classification answer are different identifiers; simply repeating B-02 does not solve the conversation.
Identify the correct broadcast
Pick up the released radio. Wait for the World’s Fair segment mentioning 80 nations and 24 states, then carry that radio into E-05. Confirm the quest completion and Untapped Feeding Bottle recipe. A recipe still needs Artifact Formation before the finished Artifact can be equipped.
