Four Triangular Slates and the Obmuer Temple route

Quick answer

Collect the four slates outside Obmuer, then seek a third Wind Gem inside. The optional key-socket treasure is separate from the mandatory Sea King route.

Four-piece entrance checklist

After crossing the western bridge with two dash charges, save before searching the flooded ruins. Community route descriptions place the four entrance pieces at these landmarks:

  1. Take the eastern path behind the circular pool of small red fish; check the skeleton-guarded rock.
  2. Climb the damaged wall west of that spot and search the elevated column route.
  3. Drop below the main platform where the Trident lies and search its western corner.
  4. Dash onto the large isolated central platform, where skeletons wake as you arrive.

Return to the temple’s rear entrance with all four. Clear ranged threats before a jump; water is not a swimming shortcut.

Inside: movement before optional treasure

Proceed through the entrance section and reach the second monument. From the large pit, look below for an opening in the wall. Dash inside and search the raised skeleton-ambush area for the third Wind Gem. Return to the pit and cross with three charges. This movement upgrade is the practical answer when two dashes fall short.

Royal Guards and Dagoom

The cavern route requires three Royal Guards before the boss door opens. Against Dagoom, preserve space and use ranged pressure; the Azure Torch can add burning. Dash away from dangerous water and currents instead of trying to trade damage while trapped. Slash attacks help against the smaller fish. After winning, take the exit route and light the third island beacon before returning to the Tower of Knowledge.
