Entry and numbered statues
The three island beacons unlock the Tower entrance; they are separate from the numbered balcony puzzle inside. Climb until you find the three explanatory plaques, including one around the rubble. The community walkthrough identifies statues 3 and 7 as the correct pair to ignite with the Azure Torch. Wrong choices produce hostile book creatures. Keep remedies accessible because tower enemies can interfere with your usual attacks through status effects.
Storm Gem and staircase route
Past the opened door, secure the monument and upper travel connection. Take the Storm Gem above the large staircase. Look beneath its platform for the switch reached by air dash; activating it changes the staircase alignment. Climb the new route, descend by elevator and speak with the knight to obtain the Forbidden Archives Key. Return to the previously locked doors near the gem, then save before the Archives gauntlet.
Necronomicon and the next passage
Use throwing weapons and safe Torch shots while the Necronomicon attacks at range. When it falls, approach for melee damage; retreat during its goat transformation. Its reward changes basic Throwing Daggers so they can dissolve the fleshy barriers you passed earlier. Return to the key-giving knight’s position and dissolve the nearby blockage. The resulting passage leads toward the Mausoleum and the large door near the original camp. Revisit other flesh-blocked side routes for optional equipment.
