Unlock the hospital evidence
Visit the third-floor Security Station in the southern building. Advance its terminal twice to obtain the relevant access information, then return to the hospital cabinet for the quarantine list. At the Dig Site, report the body to Zoe, collect the nearby documents and inspect the body for the Mobile Research Station key.
Reach Wilson
Use the northern clearance door and collect its audio and note. Continue toward the northeastern warehouse, clear the Hiss and enter through its northern door. Listen to Wilson’s explanation before confirming the branch.
Complete the hosting branch
For the Sensory Restraint Hood route, believe Wilson and offer to host AVP-3 yourself. Use the seated person nearby, return to the southern Dig Site and release it on the yellow square. Finish the delivery for the Practice Knot and hood rewards. Believing Wilson alone is not the complete reward condition.
