Early foundation: Dominance and Perfect Dodge
Dominance rewards executions with a temporary melee window. Perfect Dodge gives Retaliation for the next attack after a well-timed dodge. Learn those triggers before buying several conditional upgrades. All-Rounder supports damage and Falter generally; Extra Impact is aimed at combat-ability Falter. Follow the connected nodes shown by your own tree, rather than treating this priority list as a drawn path.
Choose the branch your abilities can use
With Growth, Guarded Formation supports staying near allies and Enduring Ally extends their useful lifetime. Without Summons, those conditions do not apply. With Ignite, Reactive Detonation links Perfect Dodge to nearby Burn application. With Inferno, Rising Heat rewards repeated casts. Shield users can investigate Shield Blast; owning Ignite does not grant that separate active-Shield interaction.
Later Command and recovery options
Command-focused builds can investigate charge provision, reduced cost conditions and ally lifetime. Command charges are distinct from ordinary Power. If the problem is sustaining melee recovery, compare Combat Recharge and recovery-trigger nodes before adding more ability expenditure. Avoid buying an entire Command-oriented branch before the Co-Director reward is available.
