Purchase eligibility and redemption are separate
Checked November 4, 2026. The general terms cover qualifying purchases from August 25 to October 13, with redemption through November 10. A partner can impose its own purchase or claim dates, so keep the invoice and offer page for your actual region. Buying hardware now does not establish eligibility for this ended purchase window.
Check the exact qualifying product
The terms list select RTX 5090, 5080, 5070 Ti and 5070 desktop cards/systems and corresponding Laptop GPU systems. This is not an offer for every RTX 50-series product. A qualifying GPU must be installed during redemption, and the seller must participate. Region restrictions apply, including exclusions for Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau; use the full linked terms for your location.
Redeem an eligible existing bundle code
Install the qualifying GPU and update NVIDIA App. Sign in, open Redeem and enter the partner-issued bundle code. Complete the prompted Steam sign-in and authorize the redemption to the intended Steam account, then open Steam to install. A code being accepted in NVIDIA App and a game appearing in Steam are different checks. Follow NVIDIA’s live deadline and your partner’s instructions; do not rely on an older October date copied into another guide.
Match the failure to its issuer
If no code arrived, contact the participating seller with the qualifying purchase record. For an unsupported-hardware or region message, check the original offer and installed card. For an already-used code, inspect the intended NVIDIA/Steam accounts and contact support with the error. The cap uses a separate in-game cosmetic code; entering it in the bundle redemption flow does not grant the full game.
