Historical campaign and reward tiers
The launch outfit used Sierra Suit, Vest and Helmet pieces, commonly shown at one, two and four hours. Remedy’s official page directs players to the exact requirements on their own campaign card and a total four-hour watch goal. This page records the ended event; it does not announce another active earning window.
Separate progress, claim and delivery
Open the account used during the event and inspect Drops & Rewards → Inventory. “100%” or “Earned” alone is different from “Claimed.” Open the reward’s delivery instructions and check whether its required code redemption or official connection step was completed. A claimed cosmetic is not a game license and does not replace owning the game.
If an already claimed item is missing
Restart the game after the required delivery step and inspect the correct wardrobe category. Keep the campaign name, claim date, platform and screenshots of the claimed state/error. If Twitch’s claim status is the problem, use Twitch Support; if claim and delivery completed but the wardrobe item is missing, use Remedy Player Support. An expired unclaimed reward has no promised recovery method here.
Why more watching may not help
The original event needed eligible live channels under the correct game category and a Drops Enabled label. Multiple simultaneous streams did not accelerate progress. Those checks explain a historical failure, but the first check today is the campaign’s end date. Use only a newly published official campaign card as evidence of a renewed event.
