Choose the correct redemption route
First read what the code grants. A game-license code, hardware bundle coupon and wardrobe reward are different products. Enter cosmetic rewards in the game’s Gameplay menu. The GeForce full-game bundle must pass NVIDIA App’s hardware check and then redeem through Steam. A platform-store code follows that store’s official activation instructions.
Third Ice Baseball Cap: claim versus equip
NVIDIA’s reward page describes GTX 10-series-or-newer eligibility, limited first-come supply and the Steam/Epic versions. Its public page also displays a promotion-unavailable notice alongside retained reward instructions, so a visible FAQ is not proof that you can newly claim it today. Open NVIDIA App → Redeem for the account’s actual availability. For an existing claimed code, use the in-game cosmetic flow; NVIDIA says the cap can be equipped after Act 1.
Enter a legitimate cosmetic code
Launch the intended Steam or Epic profile, open Options → Gameplay → Enter Redeem Code, and enter the exact supplied value. After acceptance, inspect Accessories or the named wardrobe category at the eligible progression point. Keep the success/error message so you can distinguish acceptance from equip availability.
Wrong code, used code or missing item
Check the issuing event, platform, spelling and expiration before retrying. A single-use personal reward from another player may already be consumed. If accepted but invisible, check Act 1 completion, the correct wardrobe category and a full restart. For NVIDIA App technical errors, its FAQ suggests restarting/signing into the app again; persistent claim errors go to NVIDIA support. No shared universal code is supplied by this page.
