Get behind the laundromat
The Wear’Em & Wash’Em front door is locked. Use its side alley to reach the back entrance beside the laser directed at the ground. Inspect the floating body for the Parking Garage Security Key. The key is a body pickup; the locked shop front is not the required entrance.
Enter the television at the bottom
Unlock the garage and take its elevator to the roof. Drop through the central opening, cross at the bottom and use the TV. Find Jesse beyond the vehicle and begin the ritual. Follow the displayed Shift action on altered surfaces, combining Elevate with the overhead route when needed.
Use Shift to leave
Continue the television-linked ritual route to its exit. Back in the garage area, Shift onto the wall behind the entry TV and follow the walls up the shaft, fighting the Hiss on the way. Reach the rooftop and confirm mission completion. Reach itself comes later from The Subway Fault; it is not this reward.
