Weekly high scores: read the scoring rule first
Quick answer
Weekly Mode selects a character, a scoring system and four modifiers for everyone. Read that week’s objective before optimizing: a kill-count challenge and a peak-DPS challenge reward different decisions.

Check the shared challenge setup
Pixelsplit introduced Weekly Mode in update 0.20 with a leaderboard and a common rule set. Its scoring can use kills, peak DPS or body count. Four modifiers are selected from a larger pool; examples include exploder-focused enemies and rarity changes.
Build for the metric, not a generic ranking
Write down the visible scoring target before choosing your first upgrades. In a peak-damage challenge, inspect whether your setup produces the burst the board measures. In a kill-focused challenge, think about keeping damage active against groups. The challenge description remains the authority for the current week; do not compare raw scores from different scoring rules.
Keep seasons and saves separate
Leaderboard resets and old-save restrictions have accompanied balance updates. Compare attempts within the same challenge and compatible version. Use the board to inspect the actual result of a change instead of assuming a larger ordinary-run score transfers to the weekly competition.
Response Level in1.0
The full-release notes set Weekly Mode to MKing Response Level5. Read the assigned scoring objective alongside that difficulty; do not assume a conventional run-clear strategy is automatically the best way to score.
