Complete the Moon

The recorded 1.0.5 ending condition is to finish every Moon region. The reference reports 163,842 regions including empty regions. A dusty region completes when no more than 1% remains. A local 99% clean patch is not 99% of the entire world. The automatic ending lasts 25.4 seconds.

The four percentage achievements track dusty regions at 1%, 10%, 50% and 100%. Empty regions and rounded displays can make counters look different. Update to the applicable completion fixes before considering save edits.
