This guide covers the care-package trap, the gift and the food-help branch. Later story endings are outside this walkthrough. Open a stage only when you are ready for its spoilers.
A man says he is Eleanor’s uncle
Let him place the care package, then hold Call Security while he is still your current visitor. The recorded report route identifies him as a Black Market Thug and removes him with the crate.
Success check: Security arrives and takes the visitor away. Do not dismiss him first and assume reporting an empty counter will target the same person.
The crate is already in my shop
Do not hand the crate to Eleanor. Launch-week players report her arrest after delivery. Waiting for the stolen/heat status to fade is not a demonstrated safe workaround.
If the uncle has already left, the completed report route above cannot be performed retroactively. Keep the package out of the handover and continue with her own requests; do not invent a replacement delivery step.
Eleanor returns after I reported him
Tell her what happened. In the recorded route, she learns that the visitor was not her uncle and offers a choice: HydraTech Micro Water Purifier or L’ESSENCE Pheromone Perfume.
Use the offer arrows to choose, then accept the displayed gift. Check that your selected item appears on the counter. This is a choice of one gift, not a promise of both.
She needs food and has no money
Offer an item her request actually accepts as a donation. Complete the handover instead of dismissing her empty-handed. Players who withheld the trap package and helped with food report her returning as a scavenger.
Keep a suitable item available before opening if you want to follow this branch. Her inability to pay is the point of this encounter; do not wait for a normal profitable sale.
The Butcher appeared; did Eleanor die?
That encounter is not Eleanor’s death. The developer explicitly separated the two storylines and identified the victim as somebody else. Continue her own dialogue rather than restarting solely because the Butcher appeared.

Do it while he is present. Confirm Security removes him, then speak to Eleanor about it.
Deliver the crate — outcome spoiler
Players report Eleanor being arrested. Do not treat the delivery as an ordinary helpful errand.
If her next visit has not happened
Follow the encounter you actually completed, rather than a fixed day from somebody else’s save. Check whether you finished the previous conversation, gave the requested food, or handed over the package. A missed donation and an uncompleted report are different branches; waiting does not necessarily repair either.
Do I have to buy the earlier wholesale lot?
The recorded uncle-and-gift route was reached without buying Eleanor’s earlier luxury-goods lot. It is not established as a required purchase for that branch. Keep the rent reserve instead of buying the lot solely because you expect it to unlock the gift.
