Square Enix places bonus delivery at the mailbox outside the inn in Mitra. Progress the story if delivery is unavailable. Check the entitlement attached to your purchase before expecting a particular pack.
Activate a cosmetic key
The Lunar Whale authentication key changes the airship appearance. The Magitek Armor key changes the chocobo appearance. After collection, open Items from the main menu and turn the corresponding key ON. Claiming a key and enabling its appearance are separate steps.
Which entitlement are you checking?
The Japanese official page lists early-purchase support packs separately from Digital Deluxe. Deluxe includes the Magitek Armor appearance and an item that teaches Hell Meteor to a recruitable character, alongside early supplies. The Collector’s bundle includes a Deluxe Upgrade code. Retailer-specific physical goods do not establish ownership of every digital pack.
