Before commissioning a weapon
Complete Aileen’s Forger of Wills quest and check her Enterprise-deck service. Recruiting the Vision and unlocking crafting are different steps; published references disagree on the precise evaluation or mastery condition. Confirm the service is available before planning a spending route. Each commissioned weapon consumes one Adamantite.
