Resolve the local mechanism
Reach the entry tome through Arcane Library’s Forbidden Text Wing. On the first visit, follow western scenes, return to the gate, inspect the eastern cliff and leave by the open book. Complete the western Mysidia tower summit with Sakura, then return to the tome.
Check the next prerequisite
Battles occur on the second visit while Fina remains absent. Reassign healing before following the eastern forest/Malboro objective. Complete the camp scenes and Sworn Eight conversations, return to the gate and follow the flower interactions. Prepare Water/Light for Dark Fina, then Wind for Tellus. Preserve a manual save and check the story-opened book return for missed pickups because older sources disagree on late access.
