Spend gauge for the actual problem
Use Fina’s second burst for group revival, Sakura’s first for a one-hit damage barrier, or Nichol’s support bursts when they enable the next actions. Saving for 200% is not automatically better than surviving now. Stagger and Sweeping Stagger add gauge, while learned charge passives can improve its economy. Check the element of offensive finishers before using them against absorption.
