Follow the active objective
The named issue and location both matter. After the first board interaction, speak to Shera at Zoldaad Castle, find Amelia near Olderion’s inn, then meet her at Waterfall Way. Follow the active log rather than treating another newspaper as the same trigger.
Finish and claim the reward
Return to the original hotel noticeboard after Waterfall Way. That last inspection awards Amelia and Magicite; the conversation alone is not the hand-in. Chapter-5/6 labels differ between references, so use the completed prerequisite and board interaction as the concrete gate. Finish Token Legacy first.
