Follow the active objective
Go to the abandoned station northwest of Pyroviper Cave. Question four people in the first carriage and two in the next. Answer Camille “General Wilhelm’s men.” then “Exposing Lazarov.” Return to the blonde Civilian Woman in the first carriage and choose “The remorse of the soldiers.” Her interaction is the third deduction.
Finish and claim the reward
Prepare Ice or Light, with control-ailment recovery and a death-pressure plan, for Phantom Train True Form. Confirm Camille and Magicite after victory. This then enables Ozetta’s Wilhelm quest at Castle Plaza; boarding an ordinary Capital Station train is not the initial trigger.
