Follow the active objective
At Grandshelt Castle, complete two marked NPC conversations and one shelf inspection. The shelf is an interaction, so talking to every visible person does not complete all three clues. Continue to the Kolobos Ruins battle, then Mother at Cavern of Swords and its encounter.
Finish and claim the reward
Report to Charlotte outside Grandshelt Castle, rather than automatically returning to the harbor where you began. Confirm the Sentinel Vision and Magicite Cryst reward. Check available awakening commands before replacing an established defensive Vision; acquisition does not unlock every later skill.
