Follow the active objective
Continue the conversation chain at the Potion Factory, then Victoria’s northwestern shrine. Next take the airship to the island northeast of Mysidia identified by Tartarosaurus Cave, and defeat the marked Black Lizards. The cave name is a landmark, not an instruction to defeat that Cave Master for this quest.
Finish and claim the reward
Return to the concluding Mysidia marker for the Vision and Magicite. Check the current objective after each conversation so a premature shrine visit does not leave the factory stage undone. No exact island coordinate or unverified Black Lizard weakness is required to follow the marked route.
