Follow the active objective
Inspect the southern Zoldaad blue objective and the next marker west of Shantotto’s sanctum. Report both to Ozetta before returning to Weapons Factory. Use the completed bridge to reach the quest marker inside; the earlier factory bridge puzzle remains a separate main-story prerequisite.
Finish and claim the reward
Conclude with Foxie at Zoldaad’s inn to obtain Wilhelm and Magicite Cryst. Visiting the two overworld markers or clearing the factory alone is not the final report. Inspect Wilhelm’s learned Sentinel commands before changing a defensive formation; a shared role name does not imply identical protection.
