Resolve the local mechanism
Take the first card near the entrance save and return to the central hall. Explore the permitted west wing, operate its three controls and use restored teleportation to reach the next card. Return with Level 2 to the newly permitted east route and continue through higher clearance for Level 3 and the White Jade Stone.
Check the next prerequisite
When a door fails, read its clearance instead of repeatedly presenting Level 1 to Level 2. Take the stone to Gaberada’s elder, finish overnight Holy training and regroup with Fina before clearing the bog. Holy is a learned story condition here rather than an unrelated shop purchase.
