Build in stages
Start with Jagged Steel from Cangang, then defeat Hua for Scarlet Wraithblade. Keep the Dread Axe as a limited-use shield tool. This gives the two main weapons different jobs rather than treating one as a universal replacement.
The later addition
The Hunter’s Chain Sickle comes after the waterfall encounter. Its level-five pull skill is a later upgrade target; do not plan your opening combo around a pull you have not unlocked.
Spend for consistency
Muscle Band and Kill Order suit damage and break windows. Prioritise an extra accessory slot or medicine use if survival is the limiting factor. This is a progression loadout, not a measured best-DPS claim.
