Tell and response
| Attack cue | Response |
|---|---|
| Leaping/spinning slash | Block or parry the finishing slash, then punish its recovery. |
| Flurry ending in red flash | Defend the early hits; use R1 for the red ending. |
| Blue aerial slash | Time L1, or backstep beyond the blade. |
| Thrust into spin | Watch the initial wind-up before committing to defense. |
| Second encounter’s wide sweep | Stay aware of its arc and punish only after the full sequence. |
| Phantom swords into dive | Evade the projectiles, then separately time the straight dive. |
| Pulsing slash | Leave the lingering pulse area instead of rushing back into it. |
Keep the punish repeatable
Start with a short punish and extend it only after confirming recovery. Stop early when Sha-Chi runs low, and keep tracking hazards, follow-ups and helpers. Unpublished resistance values are not invented.
