Quick answer
After the Seven-Stars story, report to the Wolf Leader for the shattered jade.

Activate
Ring the underground tavern bell and speak to the purple-robed leader in its training hall. Complete the Seven-Stars formation, return and obtain the shattered jade. A conversation only about robe colors is not the active collection stage.
Search route
In the camp, check near Mass Grave, Main Encampment Gate, Three Towers and Path of Baishan’s Fall. In Pangzhen check below Slums and between the upper Narrow Houses and Pond of Fading Song. Fight a marked master until it kneels; finish during the kneeling window and interact with the flower.
Verify completion
Revisit flowers from masters defeated before accepting the jade. Sources disagree over the minimum count, so collect the available marked memories and confirm that shattered jade becomes Hero’s Courage in the quest log. The material tempers Swordsman’s Summons; do not leave after merely winning one fight.
