Find patients in the tunnel right of Desperado Trap, the lower route opened with the butcher-area crank, the exit from Cliffside Lodge cellar, and Thieves’ Camp dungeon opened with the lodge-route key. Speak to all four and return to Yu’er for Calming Gourd.
