The published early gourd restores 40% HP. Edge-Settling Pill restores 30% over 15 seconds and reduces Sha-Chi spending by 30% during that period. Vessel Maintenance Fluid restores 70% HP with faster natural Sha-Chi recovery for five seconds. Read your current level tooltip; upgraded medicines can differ.

After Peng Meng, use the axe to open the passage at the left end outside his holding area. Open the chest at the passage’s left end.
Reach the fluid chest
From Creek Valley Plains Entrance, go down through the camp gate and turn left. Follow the left wall through the building doorway into the cave. Turn left at the far corner, descend to the tower base, then work back to the first floor: the chest is by the previously closed front door.
