Handling two targets
The pair follows Mu Xiaokui at Lakeside. Focus Jade Dancer while prayer-bead summons distract Iron Fiend, then finish the slower target. A failed attempt does not require repeating Mu Xiaokui.
Attack cues and counters
| Cue | Response |
|---|---|
| Fissure and aftershock | Side-dodge the first crack; being hit can trap you in the delayed blast. |
| Scissor kick into vertical | Back away or side-dodge close up, then R1 the finishing heel. |
| Iron Fiend’s side leap | Side movement anticipates the straight wind punch. |
| Jade Dancer’s flips | Retreat from both flips rather than punishing the first. |
| Spinning punch | The slow landing wind-up gives a parry opportunity. |
| Thrown Jade Dancer | Watch the throw charge and dodge sideways at release. |
| Red heel thrust | R1 the red dash, then take a short punish. |
| Quick fists into charge | Guard the quick punches with enough Sha-Chi, parry the charged ending. |
After the fight
Check Puppet No.44’s Eye, the core fist fragment and the quest-dependent Fiend Saws reward before taking the eye mechanism onward. Finish the ribbon prerequisite before the full boss sequence, not after it.
