How to save in Phantom Blade Zero: bells and manual slots
Identify the bell menu, manual slots and loading prompts.
Quick answer
At a bell, choose Save and create New Game Data. AUTO entries cannot be overwritten. Save your current progress before loading another file.

Create a manual save
- Interact with a bell and choose Save.
- Select New Game Data and confirm.
- Check the new numbered entry, its location and timestamp. Rows stamped AUTO are automatic saves.
Before loading
The in-game Quit Game tab contains Load Game, which loads rather than saves. Make your manual save first, then compare location, time and playtime before selecting a file.
