Start on the outpost roof
Look above the outpost buildings for the rooftop elder. Speak to him to start the archer task before leaving for the camp.
Complete the repair loop
- Archer camp: defeat its archers.
- Inside the camp building: speak to the NPC to advance the broken-bow task.
- Back at the elder: finish the repair conversation to obtain the usable bow.
Clearing enemies alone is not the final step. Check the indoor conversation and repair hand-in, then revisit hanging bundles.
