How to use the checklist
Use the region and landmark columns to plan a sweep. Confirm the actual fragment reward after a fight or chest; a nearby Bell name is a landmark rather than the item itself. 40 documented records follow. English map names are preserved for matching. Checkmarks remain in this browser only.

A useful revisit order
Sweep reachable landmarks first, then group revisits by tool. Grapple access changes after the chain sickle; illusion barriers change after pipa repair. Save manually before major story gates because quests may move characters or alter access.
